RETURN POLICY
An unused item is returnable within 30 days of the date it was received, as indicated by the original tracking number. An item may be returned for any reason as long as it has not been used. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging and shipped at the customer’s expense.
If your item is defective, flawed, malfunctioning or not as advertised, please contact us immediately at support@sierracomfort.com. A representative will help in resolving the issue. Should you have any questions regarding a warranty claim, please be prepared to provide the original order receipt so we can determine if your product is eligible for warranty benefits.
NOTE; our Return Policy is specific to products purchased directly from Sierra Comfort by means of our website, www.sierracomfort.com. Sierra Comfort products purchased from authorized dealers / retailers will be subject to the return policy specific to that retailer. Please contact the retailer directly for details on their own return policy.
